Who is it intended for?

Office workers, teachers, social media content creators, administrative staff, lawyers, translators, and, in general, any working adult who wants to update their spelling knowledge in line with the latest changes from the RAE. 

Why participate?

Spelling rules changed in 2010, so there is still much to learn in order to apply the new spelling rules established by the Royal Spanish Academy.

You will learn, for example, that “pódcast” should be accented in Spanish, that the suggested abbreviation for “licenciada” is “Lcda .”(without an “i”), that “3:00 p.m.”is written (with lowercase letters, a period, a space, and in italics) or “15:00 h” (without a period and without pluralizing it), and that the accent mark makes the difference between the meanings of “No tengo que comer” and “No tengo qué comer”… 

Did you know that the word “chispudo(a)” isn’t listed in the Diccionario de la lengua española, but it is in the Diccionario de americanismos (both published by the RAE)? I’ll show you some free academic dictionaries that are available to us.
