As some of you already know, as a fellow at the Guatemalan Academy of Language (a corresponding member of the Royal Spanish Academy), I had the opportunity to participate as a researcher and co-author of *El sabor chapín: Guatemalan Gastronomic Dictionary, Volume I: Savory Dishes*, published by the Guatemalan Academy of Language.
This dictionary was presented in 2023 at the 9th International Congress on the Spanish Language (CILE), organized by the RAE, ASALE, the Cervantes Institute, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union, and Cooperation, and the Cádiz City Council (2023).
